Let us know ahead of time if you cannot make it!!! Excuses about you didn't know when it was are NOT acceptable, because quite obviously you did. Do not have something planned or say you're going to participate and become a no show. Unless the reason is legit.

Should the time change for any reason you will be notified. Try to arrive 30 minutes ahead.

If you RP a main character or an integral character to the plot and you are not active for a while you will be dropped
