Personality
Morally Gray, much like other Company men, Riley does what is needed of him for the Company. Riley pushes the people he trains to thier breaking points, rarely taking breaks or pulling punches. Though he is one of the Company's toughest trainers, beneith that tough exterior is a rather humble man who enjoys the company of others, it just depends on if he likes you. He tends to use his power more than he does his hands as a form of self training.
Power
Telekinesis is the ability to move objects with the mind. Riley typically uses hand gestures in conjunction with telekinetic feats, although he can use this ability without them. Presumably they somehow help him to direct the power. He was able to incapacitate an opponent when he was unable to move, although it seemed to take intense concentration to do so.
Riley can use his telekinesis to shield himself from bullets, as well as to augment his own physical strength. He is able to use this power with relatively little concentration. He has also been able to create what seem to be invisible platforms to step on.
He can simultaneously manipulate dozens of objects at once, and also use them as projectiles. It has been said that Riley may have trouble incapacitating more than two opponents at a time, possibly due his hands being used to help him direct his power. Riley has also shown that he can levitate himself telekinetically to an extent, tough he uses it more to aid in jumping.

Elle Bishop is one of Riley's first trainees. He was assigned to train her when she was a teen. After a month of progressive training she was re-assigned, though her and Riley remain friends, even after she had left The Company. |
History
Riley was born on April 14th 1976. He grew up on a small cattle farm in Broome, helping his father run the farm rather than going to school. One day when Riley was 14 a company agent was at thier house questioning his father when he returned home. After calmly talking it over, Riley chose to go with the agent.
After explaining his power to him, Riley was trained by a Mr. Thompson. Thompson had him training with his Telekinesis for long hours with very little breaks. In 1993, with a many years of training under his belt, Riley was re-assigned as a trainer himself.
Spending quite a few years training plenty of agents, even spending a month or so on Elle herself, Riley was asked to assist in some bag and tags. So like any good company man, he did what was asked. He has hopes of becomming Head of Australian Company Operations eventually.
