Personality
Kylie has a personality that is deceptive and power hungry, she loves technology to the extent that her entire career has been devoted towards creating the first Cybernetic life form. Her tastes vary but she never avoids a chance to spend the money she has made. All in all Kylie Lielel is a very dark hearted woman that will say or do most anything to accomplish her goals.
Power
Kylie has the ability of Technopathy. She can control any type of machine or technology regaurdless of damage or lack of power. She has gained great control over her ability and constantly uses it. Micah was the first to have this powerful ability and has shown great potential, she has realized it. Using her companies computer core and satalites she has been known been known to create super intelligent AI, Hack government mainframes, and even manipulate the stock market with relative ease, she uses this regularly in order to maintain her corperations multi-billion dollar standing.

History
Kylie Liele was born in London, England to Lord Jarick Lielel and Lady Kylie Lielel of the British Royal Family. Her father currently serves as a General in the British army and her mother is a retired MI6 scientist. Kylie led a rather simple life, she was a brat as a child and always held her money over others until about the age of fourteen when flaunting her money nearly got her killed in a mugging. Her best friend was killed that day and it changed her.
Since that day she heard voices, but not the normal crazy kind, but the mechanical and digital signals coming from the technology around her, she could control it with a thought and in grew as she aged. At age seventeen she graduated from high school and instantly applied for the Sandhurst British Military College and was accepted with excelling grades in math and science.
At age twenty-three she graduated Sandhurst academy with honors and a Masters degree in three subjects. Computer Engineering, Nano-technology Sciences, and Advanced Military Strategies. After she graduated she went home to her parents manor outside of London and stayed there for several months before her mother and father gifted her with her graduation gift, a Technology development firm based in New York, New York and One-hundred million dollars. From then on out they cut her off and let her find her way in the world, her firm was very successful developing hundreds of both military and civilian technologies that caused leaps in the world of computers. Currently she has been buying up smaller technology firms devoted to nanotechnology and military technology for unknown reasons, her companies firm called 'Liel Cybernetics' has also had several large spikes in their stocks on the Nasdaq. Liel Cybernetics is currently an eighteen billion dollar corperation.
