Personality
Since finding his brother, Izzy's true personality has been revealed: he's your typical bad-guy. He lies, steals, and does anything he can to accomplish whatever he wants to do. His current "mission" is to kill his brother, who was the only witness to a murder he committed back in Japan.
Power
Izzy possesses the power of Astral Projection. He has exhibited the ability to just project his astral form, as well as enough control to solidify his astral form for extended periods of time. When astral projecting, he can choose to bring things with him. He has to be in physical contact with these items in order for them to come with him. These items become just as tangible as he does when astral projecting, and leave with him when he leaves. The more things he carries, the more control he needs in order to maintain there astral form as well.
Izzy also seems to retain the use of all of his senses of his astral form and his original body while in his astral form. He's noticed that loud sounds around his body can still be heard from his astral form. Strong smells, tastes, and feelings all seem to come through. He believes he'd be able to see from his original body as well if his body weren't "sleeping."
Physical damage doesn't transfer from the astral form to his physical one, however mental damage can damage his astral form and his mind. It's also been shown that there is something one can do to his astral body that will cause him to loose his hold over the astral form momentarily.

David Queen is Izzy's older brother. After not hearing from each other for more than six months, Izzy finally finds David in New York, going under the alias "Brian Davis." In an attempt to kill his brother, a friend of David — Tyrus — manages to cause his power to short-circuit. Izzy is currently waiting for another chance to strike at his brother. |
History
Growing Up
Izekeal was born in Washington, D.C., where he spent the first six years of his life with a typical military family. His family began traveling right after that, living in many different states until his father was stationed in Okinawa, Japan. The move was initially hard for him, but he managed to survive it and grow accustomed to living on a completely different continent.
His plans were to initially join the army as well, following in his father's footsteps, however, a few months before graduating from high school he discovered he could astral project. This strange new ability he possessed confused him for a while, but he learned to deal with it, experimenting the limits of this new ability as much as possible.
After graduating, his plans for the army changed. Instead of fighting, his future was uncertain. He couldn't think of too much that he wanted to spend the rest of his life doing, especially if the fact that he could leave his body came up.
The beginning of change
A few months after that, his brother, David, began behaving differently. He got quieter and quieter and stayed in his room longer. Izzy originally believed it was because David no longer wanted to join the army either, as the two had originally planned. But this was nulled when David suddenly disappeared one day. His family thought he was just staying at a friends house; this was until the days grew into weeks. They called the police; there was no sign of him in Japan at all.
About six months after his disappearance, Izzy was snooping through David's room when he discovered a book entitled Activating Evolution, by Chandra Suresh. Looking through the book, he discovered that the book was made for people like him, people with abilities. With all the details in the book, he then realized that maybe his brother possessed and ability as well. He informed his parents that he believed he knew where David was, and Izzy began making preparations for America.
Coming to America
Shortly before it was time to uplift to his home continent, Izzy astral projects to New York with the Activating Evolution book trying to find Chandra Suresh. Not knowing the man's exact locating, he enters a coffee shop, hoping the book would trigger someone and he'd find a lead. Luckily, the one he finds is Mohinder Suresh. He begins talking to the man, only to find out his father is dead. Forced to flee due to his powers weakining, Izzy returned to his body to rest up for another trip on the other side of the world.
Upon returning to New York, Izzy makes his way back to the coffee shop, waiting and hoping for Mohinder to return. However, he is not that lucky. Instead, he meets up with a man named Elysian Ashkevron. Izekeal, unsure of this person, lies slightly to keep the limelight off of him, only to have it on Elysian when he displays his power. Even after the display of power, Izzy keeps his own ability, as well as other information on him, to himself, only hinting that he may have the power of teleportation. The two leave the shop after a while of talking, and Izzy soon returns to "his hotel," where he manages to sneak away and return to his body unnoticed.
A short time later, Izzy contacts Elysian and informs him that he is moving to Texas. Elysian decides to meet him in Texas and help him move in. After landing in Texas, Izzy meets up with Elysian at the airport and the two exchange a few words and jokes before sitting down at a restaurant for some food. At the restaurant, a blond woman and a a kid in a red hoodie begin to interact, when another man shows up. Tracy begins to leave but the two follow her. Izzy, who has now realized the woman is pretty and is potentially being bothered by the two, decided to step in and intervene so Tracy can get away from the two (and so he can possibly acquire her name and number). His plan works, and the woman manages to get away from the two, but then he looses track of her himself.
The True Izzy
A few weeks after that, Izzy finds David, his brother. However, the visit is short lived due to a friend that David happens to have with him, who puts Izzy in his place and causes his powers to momentarily malfunction.
