Adoptive Muscle Memory (also referred to as muscle mimicry) is the ability to copy any witnessed physical action. The user retains the knowledge of the action on a permanant basis after obtaining it. The user goes into a trance like state, when they view something being done and "absorb" it into their muscle's memory core. The mimicked action, doesn't need to be witnessed in person to be able to obtain knowledge of it….but can merely be seen on a TV, Ipod Screen, Computer, etc…..so long as the user's eye can witness the action being performed and have it written to muscle memory, that is all that is needed

This ability isn't able to copy any abilities, the user won't be able to fly after seeing someone fly, or shoot fire out of their hands after coming across a Pyrokinetic. The limitations of this ability, is only the human body is capable of doing, and the actual user's limitations as well. If they are athetlically fit enough, to perform the actions they see as well as the user performing them when they absorbed it, then they will be able to perform it well enough after absorbing the knowledge.

If however, the user isn't as athetlic as the actions they are trying to do, then their level of muscle will come into play when it comes to exactly how well the user can perform the task he or she has witnessed. Those limitations only apply to normal, every-day non strenous activities such as Cooking, etc.
